This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, phone number or email, who the lessons are for, a child's age or grade if you give it, and your message.
- Financial mentoring questionnaire: your name, email, phone if you give it, and your answers about your household's financial situation, challenges and goals. These answers are used only to prepare our first conversation.
- WhatsApp and email: if you contact us this way, we receive your phone number or email address and what you write.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps short-term server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the website secure.
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it has no analytics or advertising pixels.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and arrange an assessment call or lessons. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b), and your consent, Article 6(1)(a).
- To issue invoices if you become a customer. Legal basis: legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c).
- To keep the website secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f).
We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a customer, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. Customer and invoicing records are kept for as long as Hungarian accounting law requires, currently 8 years.
Who processes it for us
- Our website hosting provider.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the contact forms to our mailbox.
- Google, for our company email.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us there.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU. Where they do, they rely on safeguards approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to lumvera42@gmail.com and we will answer within one month.
